The Hitting Academy has designed a "System" of teaching proper hitting mechanics through a step by step program that is simple and easy to understand. With the franchisee training you recieve, you will gain the knowledge needed to teach players of all skill levels and abilities. Our unique system has been developed based on Rob Ciaravino's 18 years of experience and over 3,000 private lessons. The "System" will be taught to all franchisee's so they can go and teach players the best hitting mechanics. The "System" is geared toward getting consistent positive results for players through our easy to comprehend and simple to convey techniques. These results have been the key to have clients returning for more instruction and progress. This allows you to offer many private lessons, camps, hitting clinics, and group lessons while meeting the needs of players of all ages and abilities.

Through our monthly membership program, ball players can choose how often they want to hit and how much instruction they want through The Hitting Academy's hitting rounds, clinics, and private lessons. Each member also has access to the strength, agility, speed and conditioning area for sports performance enhancement. There are membership options for the casual and the serious players and those in between. Each is done through a monthly draft with no contract, making the membership an easy commitment for the players and their families. A la carte services are also available to those who are visiting town or just want to check things out.
