ALL STAR PITCHING CLINIC
This weekly Pitching Clinic will focus on balance, arm action, velocity, & follow through. Our staff of Professional Instructors will watch each player throw to ensure that they are throwing properly. This Clinic will be done every Wednesday from 7:30-8:00pm. Be sure to bring your glove and pre-register as this Clinic will fill up !

ARM CARE & VELOCITY CLINIC - SPECIALTY CLINIC
This Specialty Clinic will focus on arm speed, arm conditioning, care & prevention, & mechanics. Our experienced professional staff will guide each player through drills, instruction, & arm maintenance. Whether you are a pitcher or a field player who wants to improve your velocity, then this is the clinic for you. This Specialty Clinic is 1 hour in length and may not be used as 1 of the Weekly Instructional Clinics included in each Membership.

CATCHING CLINIC - 1st & 3rd Monday
THE CATCHING CLINIC IS HELD ON THE 1st & 3rd MONDAY OF EACH MONTH. Dates below may be off some weeks. If Catching is a positon you want to improve at, then this is the Clinic for you. During this 1 hour Specialty Clinic, players will learn the solid fundamentals needed to receive, block, and throw properly. Bring your gear because this is a hands on Clinic and players will do a variety of drills designed to work on the techniques needed to be the best defensive catcher you can be. This Specialty Clinic is 1 hour in length and may not be used as 1 of the Weekly Instructional Clinics included in each Membership.

MVP HITTING CLINIC
At The Hitting Academy, we know that good, solid fundamentals are a necessity to succeed at any level of the game. During this Clinic, players will learn about balance, hand position, footwork, & striking the ball properly. Due to the fact that hitting is very mental, we also explain how to improve your mental approach when you are in the batter's box. Be sure to bring your bat, helmet, & batting gloves as you will be swinging the bat the entire time !

SPEED & AGILITY CLINIC
This Clinic will improve a players foot speed, core strength, & agility. Our staff will design a different program every week that will focus on a variety of baseball/softball specific muscle parts.
